Small Ashokan Pillar at the left corner bottom, ornamental numeral 10 in the center and an elongated D in art o noveau watermark window on front with Gandhi portrait in watermark. On back the chequred design with floral motifs supplemented with figures of Rhino, Elephant and Royal Bengal Tiger. Numeral 10 appears on 3 corners with 15 reginal languages on the left-hand panel.
