Shipping Policy
All artworks ship within 3-5 business days unless framing is needed. When your work has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.
The type of packaging materials can factor into the weight and dimensions of the parcel and hence ultimately on the courier costs. A large framed work, for example, may require a wooden crate, which costs substantially more than a cardboard box.
Please note that we work with world leading couriers to provide competitive rates and amazing service.
For shipments out of India:
The price that appears for any of the artworks does not include shipping and packaging costs for overseas orders. You will find an additional cost mailed to you by us for this via one of the good international courier agencies. For any framed orders from overseas, the extra packing & transportation cost is determined by the weight, volume & fragility of the final package. Please do reach out to us regarding this before confirming the order.
Refund Policy
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to support@bidcurios.com.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a recognized international courier company such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT or Registered Mail. All returns must include original packaging and the customer is required to pay for shipping insurance where required.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item reaches you in damaged condition.
