Swastika Coin, Ancient Saurashtra (Gujarat), c. 50 BC, Copper, 1.94 g, anonymous, uninscribed, typical Ujjayini-type motifs depicting Lord Mahakaal (the deadly Form of Lord Shiva as a God of Death) holding a staff (Danda) and a water-pot (Kamandalu), the two signs of Punishment and Water of Life, and a six-armed symbol representing on-going cycle of Life and Death on obv. The rev is depicting one angular Swastika (Svastika) placed in the centre with the end-points having the form of a Taurine symbol, representing like each part of the Swastika has a mouth.
