Jagmeet Singh
while growing up in a typical Government employee household in the Sixties and Seventies found refuge in the myriad of art books his father collected. A deep appreciation of art ranging from Classical to Renaissance to Impressionist to Modern has been a part of his life. Having spent time in various small towns of India has left him with a rich tapestry of experiences which have shaped his thought and persona. Jagmeet firmly believes that art should be accessible and affordable to all and needs to be appreciated by everyone. Living a life in Corporate HR is now a chapter closed after his retirement and this self taught artist would love to share his work with people who wish to own an original piece of art.
His art varies radically from mixed media paintings to simple pen and Ink drawings to watercolors and reflect a desire to make strikingly simple art which lightens up any space without being overpowering.
